Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style .

Strictly no exchanges & Returns on sales items. 

A strict no-refund policy applies to all SNEAKERS unless the condition of the purchased item different from the advertised description.

However, in some cases, an item/s can be returned for a BLADEZ store credit ONLY  which can be used to repurchase correct sizing. ( BLADEZ & CO store credits do not have an expiry)

Please ensure you choose your sizes carefully, as in most cases we are unable to guarantee stock availability. In agreement with our Sellers, BLADEZ & CO is unable to place any items on hold under any circumstance.

For your item to be considered, it must meet the criteria below; 

Returns and size swaps to be made within 3 days of item arrival unless another arrangement has been made with the team. BLADEZ & CO authentication tag must be attachedItem/s must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.Any extra laces, and/or accessories must also be included

We only stock 100% authentic goods. If any item which has passed our rigorous authentication checks is deemed inauthentic, We will provide you with a full refund along with all associated shipping costs.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
